you are loved.
you are not alone.
i am so sorry.
Oh friend. I don’t know what brought you here today, whether you lost your baby before you ever had the chance to hold her or you held your baby for the first and the last time all at the same time or maybe you nursed and swaddled and cuddled and even had sleepless nights with a baby that your arms now ache to hold.
No matter what brought you here, I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. My heart aches with you.
And no matter what brought you here, know that your pain is real, your loss is real, and you matter. You are not here by mistake and I desperately want you to know that you are loved, you are valued, you are known. Not one tear has gone unnoticed. Not one prayer has gone unheard.
You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Psalm 56.8
When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:17-19
